After discussions with Volunteer Chief Robert VanEtten, PIO, Ray 
Yeakley, and Asst. Chief Wade DeHate, we have determined that we will not 
continue the relationship/arrangement that you previously held with 
Seffner Mango Volunteer Fire Dept, Inc., as a photographer.  Please make 
plans to return the equipment that you have in your possession, at your 
earliest convenience, but no later than Oct. 21, 2005. Since we were in 
discussion about your continued affiliation with HCFR, this email will 
relieve you of the 10 day deadline to return said equipment as noted in 
the termination letter sent to you by Ch. Nesmith, and extends it to the 
21st of October.
